Who We Are

We are a unique service that provides web and internet facilities for Christian organizations throughout the world. We are a free association of agencies and ministries committed to making the good news of Jesus Christ freely available to people of every Nation, Tribe and Language.

1. The Lordship of Jesus Christ.
2. The inspiration and authority of God’s Holy Word, the Bible.
3. Christ's Great Commission (Mathew 28: 18-20).
4. Being an association of people and ministries voluntarily seeking to associate and work together.
5. Prayer as our absolute priority (2 Chronicles 7:14).

What We Believe

The Great Commission Network does not define a doctrinal statement beyond the following Biblical affirmations:

1. We believe in only one God, externally existent in three persons: the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.
2. We believe in the deity and the humanity of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, in His virgin birth, His sinless life, His miracles, His vicarious and atoning death through His bloodshed for us, His bodily resurrection, His ascension to the right hand of God the Father, and His return in power and glory.
3. We believe that for the salvation of lost and sinful man, regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential. We are saved by grace, through a personal faith in Jesus Christ as our Lord and Saviour.
4. We believe in the Holy Spirit who indwells and empowers the Christian: to believe in Jesus Christ, to become a member of the priesthood of all believers, to live a God-honoring life, to serve the Lord as Ambassadors for Christ, speaking His Word to build His Kingdom (Matthew 6:33).
5. We believe the Bible is God’s divinely inspired, infallible, revealed Word, totally trustworthy and authoritative for us in all matters of faith and life.
6. We believe that the traditional marriage of one male to one female is an institution created by and blessed by God. From marriage, God forms families to serve as the building blocks of all human civilization and community. We teach and practice that sexual activity belongs exclusively within the biblical boundaries of a faithful marriage between one man and one woman.
7. We believe that the Church is the body of Christ, the assembly of believers called and gathered by God around the Word and Sacrament. Mission and ministry is carried out within the context of individual congregations working together with others locally and globally.
8. We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost; those who are saved unto the resurrection of eternal life, and those who are lost unto the resurrection of damnation.
